• Name and email address, provided by your authentication provider (Apple Sign In or Google Sign In)

Session data

• Room joined, session duration, and participation status
• Chat messages sent during sessions (not retained after the session ends)

Camera and microphone

• Access is requested for Video (Cam Jam) and Audio (Soundscape) rooms
• All streams are real-time only and are never recorded or stored

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account
• To enable participation in co-working sessions
• To display your presence to other session participants

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for authentication, real-time communication, and data storage. These services are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell or share your personal data
• We do not track you for advertising purposes
• We do not require any mandatory personal profile information beyond what your auth provider supplies
• We do not record or store audio or video streams

5. Data Retention

Account data (name and email) is stored for as long as your account exists. Session data is retained only for the duration of the session. Chat messages are ephemeral and are deleted when the session ends.

6. Your Rights

• You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app
• Upon account deletion, all stored personal data is permanently removed

7. Children's Privacy

Cofoxi is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
